Before the doors open, decide which products and conversations deserve time. A short priority list makes the hall easier to navigate and gives each meeting a purpose.
On site, record the details that will matter later: the contact, the product, what was promised, and the next question. A bag full of brochures is not a follow-up system.
After the visit, group the notes by action. Some conversations need a quick reply. Others need pricing, samples, checks, or a separate sourcing discussion. The useful part of an exhibition is what happens next.
